A custom lead management system, from first enquiry to customer communication.
Overview
A Laravel CRM that centralizes leads generated through Opel Georgia’s website and gives operators one place to manage the lead lifecycle.
My contribution
Developed the custom Laravel CRM and its operator workflows.
What I built
Implemented lead status and sales-stage workflows, SMS and email communication with templates and custom messages, reminders, notifications, and operational reporting.
